Password Problems

If you have not received your BNSkin.com password within ten minutes of requesting one it means one of three main problems:

  1. It may be that our email has been blocked by your mail spam filters due to our being an adult site. Below are instructions to unblock email for most of the major Internet providers in use today. While not guaranteed, these instructions may help you receive the email that you have requested. In some cases these instructions will not work as the Email Provider is automatically blocking email from adult sites. Click the name of your provider to be brought to the appropriate instructions: Yahoo - Earthlink - MSN Hotmail - AOL - MSN.com
  2. It could be that you mistyped your email address into the system registration form, in which case please fill in the form below.
  3. It could mean that the email address you registered is full and rejecting new emails, in which case please come and get a new password posted to you after clearing your email backlog.

You can register a new email address with us by filling out the form below. The system will then send your BNSkin.com password to this email address within an hour of receipt. If you still do not get the password, please email using the email address you wish to register including your username; Christian name; surname and date of birth to us.

Yahoo

  1. Mail > Options > Filters
  2. Click “Add” to create a new filter
  3. Filter Name – enter a memorable name to identify this filter in the future
  4. 1st Row:
    1. From Header: set to “Contains” type in NoReply@BNSkin.com
    2. Then: Move message to: select “Inbox” from the dropdown menu

You can use this tool to block or allow email in your account by filtering for characteristics and sending them directly to a specific folder in your mailbox.

Be sure to also check that 'noreply@bnskin.com' is not in your blocked list!

Earthlink

First:

  1. Open EarthLink MailBox. Click the plus sign next to spamBlocker so that its contents are shown.
  2. Click the Suspect Email item. Check the box next to the sender you wish to accept.
  3. Click the down arrow on the Checked items drop-down list and choose Move to Inbox & Add Contact.
  4. Note: If you do not want the contact added to your EarthLink Address Book, choose Move to Inbox.
  5. Click the Go button.

Second:

If the above does not work, you may have to add our address NoReply@BNSkin.com to your mailbox.

Be sure to also check that 'noreply@bnskin.com' is not in your blocked list!

MSN Hotmail:

  1. Log into your mailbox >
  2. Click “Safe List” in the Left navigation bar >
  3. Type in our email address or website name: NoReply@BNSkin.com

  1. Add our email address to your “Custom Sender List”
  2. Open your mailbox and select:
    Settings >
    Spam Controls >
    Additional Spam Controls > Control who I Get Mail From>
    Select the radial button beside: Custom Sender List and add in NoReply@BNSkin.com

Be sure to also check that 'noreply@bnskin.com' is not in your blocked list!

MSN.com

Add our email address, NoReply@BNSkin.com to your “Safe List”

To do this:

  1. Look in the “Junk Folder” for our email.
  2. Right click on the line and select “add to Safe List” from the pop-up menu.

Or

  1. Check the box beside our email address in the Junk Folder and click “Not Junk” in the top navigation bar.

Be sure to also check that 'noreply@bnskin.com' is not in your blocked list!
